13 frequently asked questions
01 What kinds of problems can you help solve?
Manual processes, scattered information, slow reports, systems that don't communicate and specific opportunities to apply AI. The first step is understanding the problem before deciding on the technology.
02 Do I need to know which technology I want?
No. What matters is explaining how your team works today, what takes up their time and what result they expect. From there we decide whether it makes sense to automate, build an application, integrate tools or use AI.
03 How are scope and investment defined?
After an initial diagnosis you'll receive a proposal with the objective, scope, deliverables, timelines and investment. If the challenge is big, we split it into stages to move forward with priority and evidence.
04 What happens after the solution is implemented?
I support the rollout, the training and the adjustments needed for the solution to be adopted. We can also plan improvements, support and metrics to measure the result.
05 Do you work remotely?
Yes. I work with teams in Guadalajara and remotely. Diagnosis, follow-up and validation sessions are held online around working progress.
06 How long does a project take?
It depends on the scope. I work in deliveries: within a few weeks you already have a first part working and the rest is added in stages. In the proposal I tell you how long each stage takes.
07 Can you work on the system we already have?
Yes. I can improve it, connect it to other tools or modernize it without stopping operations. If keeping it isn't worthwhile, I explain why before proposing to replace it.
08 Will the system and the information be in my name?
Yes. You receive the code, the documentation and the access credentials, and your information remains yours. You are not tied to a single person to maintain it.
09 How do you protect my company's information?
I only ask for access to what the work requires, I use role-based permissions and backups, and I can sign a confidentiality agreement before starting if you need it.
10 Is it safe to use AI with my company's data?
Yes, if it's done with clear rules: we define what information the AI uses, with which provider and who has access. We start with a small, measurable case and only expand if it delivers results.
11 Do I deal directly with you?
Yes. You talk to me from the first conversation to delivery, with no middlemen. If a project needs more people, I tell you from the proposal.
12 What technologies do you use?
I choose based on your case and what your team already uses. I mainly work with .NET (C#), PHP, JavaScript and TypeScript (React, React Native, Angular), SQL Server and MySQL databases, and AI models such as OpenAI, Claude, Gemini and DeepSeek.
13 Do you work with small businesses?
Yes. I work with small and medium-sized businesses and with teams inside large companies. What matters is that there is a clear problem to solve; the size of the project adjusts to that.
