Systems integration

I connect the tools you already use so your data flows properly, without duplicating work or depending on spreadsheets.

Your company probably already uses several tools that work well on their own but don't talk to each other. The result is people copying data from one system to another. I connect those tools so information flows by itself and is always up to date.

Sound familiar?

  • Orders, customers, or inventory get moved from one system to another by hand.
  • The online store and the administrative system don't match up.
  • Invoicing or payments get recorded separately from everything else.
  • There's conflicting data depending on which system you check.

What I do

  • Integrations with APIs and external services.
  • Data synchronization between systems (orders, customers, inventory).
  • Electronic invoicing, payment gateways, and messaging.
  • Your own APIs so other systems can securely query your information.
  • Monitoring and logging of every synchronization to detect failures in time.

Experience

  • Synchronization with external systems, payment gateways, and e-invoicing across platforms in different industries.
  • REST APIs and admin panels that connect mobile apps, portals, and internal systems.
  • E-invoicing integration in plant operations across different cities.

How I work

  1. 01 Diagnosis I learn the current process, the friction points and the outcome your team needs.
  2. 02 Proposal and quote You get a clear quote: what it includes, how long it takes and what you'll receive. No surprises.
  3. 03 Delivery in stages I move forward in working deliveries so we can validate with real users and adjust in time.
  4. 04 Launch and support I put the solution into operation, train your team and provide support. You're not left on your own.

Frequently asked questions

Can you integrate a system that doesn't have an API?

Sometimes you can: through a database, through files the system generates, or with other techniques. I look into it during the assessment before proposing anything.

What happens if an external system fails?

The integration logs every attempt and retries or notifies you when something couldn't be synced, so no information gets lost.

Do you have to switch ERP or online store?

No. The idea is to connect what you already have and works, not replace it.
